We're a band of musicians, producers, engineers, and tinkerers united by one goal: making music more accessible, collaborative and fun.
We build tools for everyone from first time songwriters, to bedroom producers, to emerging artists, to Grammy winners. If you play, code, create or just obsess over music and want to help others make it, there's a place for you here.

Two-thirds of our team are dedicated musicians. The rest are attuned audio engineers, passionate listeners and bold innovators who expand how music is created and experienced.

Self-taught or formally trained, you understand music deeply and can bridge the gap between what creators need and what is technically possible.
You may not play, but you obsess over sound. You understand why the details matter, why latency ruins a session and why a certain EQ curve feels right. You're here because you love the medium, not just solving problems.
You've made music professionally or spent years in the industry. You know the workflow pain points because you've lived them, and you're building the tools you wish you had.
You might not have a music background, but you're drawn to the frontier and obsessed with the art. Whether it's partnerships, marketing, recruiting or ops, you're here because you believe in the mission and want to advance it.
The best creative collaboration happens in the studio together. That's why we're in-office five days a week. Jamming in real-time and sharing spontaneous ideas in a shared space is how the magic happens, and how we work best.
Every office has a jam room and studio, daily team lunches, rooftop happy hours, Friday sessions, in-office artist performances and demos. We treat the office like the creative space it is.
Headquartered in Cambridge, MA, we've set roots in three other cities where the music community is alive. Each office has its own unique vibe, and you can work from any of them.

is a virtue
We always strive to improve our bar. Extreme speed helps us achieve that.
matter
Great taste isn't subjective. It's a skill. We trust our instincts, value beauty in every detail and have the courage to follow our judgment even if the data disagrees.
is underrated
We take joy seriously, because making music should feel as good as it sounds. Creativity thrives when we're playful, open and having fun.

We're a diverse group of creatives, technologists and dreamers who bring our full selves to the table. Our differences and passions fuel the energy that drives Suno.
See open positionsEveryone I've met, I was like, okay, I want to work with that person for the rest of my life. All the really fucking smart people who give a shit about music are working at Suno. They're doing the coolest things they can possibly imagine with the resources that are available to them.
The people at Suno are the most humble, kind, and simultaneously smartest I've ever worked with—to a one. Those two qualities can often be at odds, but not at Suno. There are genuinely no Sunday scaries for me here (and they're not paying me to say this).
Working at Suno feels like starting the day with dessert. It's a privilege to learn from such talented people who are as passionate about music as they are about building product. Building the future of music is a tough ask, but it's a lot easier when you're surrounded by rockstars.
As an MLE at Suno, I blend tech and music passions daily. Teaching models melody and emotion is challenging, but seeing non-musicians create their first song is magic. We're making music creation accessible to millions while actually having fun doing it!
I heard these songs I wrote as a kid as studio versions for the first time. It felt so full circle. I wanted to help others feel that, and be able to fund that dream.
The people are the best. They're smart and kind and fun and low-ego. This is a group of people I want to spent the good times with but especially the challenging times with because I know the good-humored, collaborative, fun-is-underrated Suno spirit is strong in everyone.
Music has been a constant in my life. I'm grateful to be working at the intersection of one of my biggest hobbies and my creative passion and a different passion — tech and AI.
Every benefit we offer is designed to empower you to do the most creative, fun work of your career while bringing balance to your life.

Here's what you need to know about the process of joining Suno.
We hire people who are obsessed. People who treat craft as a discipline and taste as something worth defending. You'd rather debate an idea in the open than nod along in a meeting. You love the energy of the office and make time to jam with teammates. You see a still-evolving environment as room to build, not a lack of structure to complain about.
You're down to show up in person five days a week because that's where the energy is. You're selective about where you work. You'd rather be somewhere a little weird and deeply intentional than somewhere safe and generic.
Designed to actually simulate what working at Suno is like, expect collaborative problem-solving, whiteboarding, navigating ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
Most of our interview process is conducted remotely via Google Meet. The onsite is where you'll meet the team and check out the office. We always grab lunch together so you can get to know more of the team casually.
Ask your recruiter for a guide.

Suno is an AI music platform that makes music creation accessible to anyone, whether you're a first-time creator, an emerging artist or a Grammy-winning producer. We believe music is the most beloved art form in the world, and we're building tools to unlock creative expression for everyone who wants to play with music.
Our mission is to make the world more musical and creative. Specifically: to lower the threshold for music creation so that meaningful creative expression becomes possible in moments where it never was before.
We are not trying to replace musicians or human artistry. Our mission is to expand music creation by making it more accessible, not slimming it down.
In five years, we believe making music will feel as natural as posting a photo or writing a thought. Not for everyone, but for far more people than can do it today. We think a world where people play instead of doomscroll and where creativity is participatory instead of passive is a positive for society.
100+ million people have created music on Suno. 2+ million paid subscribers (as of early 2026). $300 million annual run rate. 200 employees across 4 offices. Series D funding: $400 million at $5.4 billion valuation (June 2026). Total raised: $775 million.
